Joe Gomula - Vice President, North America Sales
Joe is responsible for sales operations in North America. Joe has over 23 years of experience in the embedded systems industry in a range of sales and marketing management positions. Prior to joining MontaVista, he was the Director of Western Area sales for Integrated Systems through their acquisition by Wind River. He has also been the Vice President of Worldwide sales for the Microtec Division of Mentor Graphics for 2 years and Director of the Americas for 2 years prior to that. He also spent 3 years as North America Sales Director for Wavtek Corporation and 9 years as Director of North America Sales at Applied Microsystems Corporation. Before that he held sales and marketing positions at Data I/O Corporation. Joe has a BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam and has also completed the AEA Executive Management course at Stanford University.

Robert Reive - Vice President, Europe, Middle East, Africa Sales
Robert is responsible for European Sales at MontaVista Software. Robert has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, computer software and computer networking industries. Prior to joining MontaVista Software, Robert had held positions at various companies and startups, including Surfkitchen, Perpetual IP Systems GmbH, Network Intelligence, Platespin, Fastforward, and nearly 5 years at Fore Systems. Robert started his career as a regional account manager at both Cisco Systems and Rockwell Allen Bradley Canada. Robert graduated from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He had also received degrees in business and computer science from the University of Waterloo.

Stan Woo - Vice President, Asia Pacific Sales
Stan is responsible for Asia-Pacific and Japan Sales at MontaVista Software. Prior to joining MontaVista Software, Stan worked at OpenWave, where he started as Director of Business Development for Client Software. He was later promoted to the role of VP of Client Software Sales, where he led Asia-Pacific sales. Stan held a number of management positions for over 10 years at Sun Microsystems. Most recently he was the Product Line Manager for Java Software where he was responsible for business and marketing strategies of Java Platform APIs. Stan received his MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sscience at Berkeley.
